FX & Audio Parts become half-transparent in VAB

Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Win10 | CPU: Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz, 2688 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processors | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU GDDR6 6GB | RAM: 32gb

 

Parts can be made half-transparent in VAB (but they spawn normaly)

Reproduction:

1 hold a part in vab
2 press "2" on your keyboard (or click "rotate and translate" button)
3 click on any placed part
4 press "1" on your keyboard (or click "selection tool" button)
5 place part in your "hand"
