Localization & Text Bad Signal mission has wrong requirement in French (45° inclination in the text while the mission do not require that)

Description:  In exploration mode, the mission "mauvais signal" ("bad signal" in english I guess ...) was  fullfilled as soon as I was in orbit around Minmus. My inclination was between 0 and 5° whereas the objective is 45°, so it should not have been the case.

Changed the title. If we take the English text as the universal truth, this requirement doesn't exist. It's not a mission problem just a localization one.
