Maneuver Trajectory completely broken after loading game (looks like an infinity wreath)

Reported Version: v0.2.1 (latest) | Mods: none | Can replicate without mods? Yes 
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631 64-Bit | CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor (24) | GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 (24340MB) | RAM65459

 

Load game, wonder why dV says 0 (instead of over 5000), go into map view to find a completely absurd trajectory that looks like a wreath made out of infinite short lines.

Can be remedied by loading other save games or the same multiple times. See video for details, logs attached.

I came across something very similar but "more organically"...

I had a very low TWR (forget if it was a weak engine or if I'd decreased performance for more precision) and when I tried to make an escape-maneuver, it was going to have me burning through multiple orbits and I wound up with a trajectory like "OP's".

My theory then is because a burn was already plotted (back when the game believed the craft had thrust and a dV budget), it then showed that 'nonsensical trajectory' because it was going to last 'forever'.
This is especially my theory as the plotted trajectory was logical once the game knew it had fuel to play with.
