Guest
The Martin M-410 (proposed Apollo spacecraft that never flew), landed on the Mun. This is what we almost got instead of the CSM/LEM configuration we know so well. Edited June 2, 2013 by Jack Wolfe
Sapphire
New Wallpapers! Tell me which one you think is better?I personally like the first one. Less cluttered.A trio of probes I sent to the inner bodies. As you can see, the last one, in orbit around Moho, has a bunch of heatsink fins on it, because roleplaying. As a random bonus, this is a probe over Gilly that I deorbited because the above probe was basically better. Gilly's low gravity made sure that the probe impacted (mostly) in one piece, and I think the crash site looks pretty cool. Will it find life?Jepediah on the Mun, planting my very first flag after 0.20 introduced them. The small ship in the background was enough to land on the Mun (from Munar orbit) and fly back to Kerbin and land there safely; sometimes less is more.
