Sounds great!  This is the kind of thing VAB Organizer needs to really take off.

On the WBI side of things, SunkWorks and the original Buffalo (and by extension, WildBlueTools) would be nice additions, if for no other reason than completeness.  I know that the original Buffalo is getting old at this point and has been largely superseded by Buffalo 2, but the original will always have a special place in my heart.

@aviin Thanks. I knew I was missing something in WBI. I'll get to adding SunkWorks soon...and I've thought of OG Buffalo. I'll do that as well, for completeness of course.

Borrows categories from:

• Heat Control
• Near Future Electric

Individual changes:

• Properly placed WBT parts (Buckboards and S.A.F.E.R. nuclear reactor)
• Added B9 Aerospace
• Added PsiWedge
• Added subcategories for exotic radiators and heatsinks
• Moved most radiators and solar panels (Sterling Systems) to static radiators and static solar panels subcategories
• Updated definition of Convertible Storage subcategory

• Added KARE
• Added WBI Buffalo (legacy)
• Fixed Rational Resources. Config syntax was in a prerelease format and invalid
• Fixed Buffalo2. There was a misplaced :FOR[VABOrganizer]
• Updated PsiWedge. Its RTG was not in the RTG subcategory
• Updated Sterling Systems: Added the printers and launch site parts
