I've gone to Mun, Minmus, Gilly, Ike, Duna and Dres with a kerbal and back. What should i do now?

As it stands in the title I have gone to al those celestial bodies. I have also sent rovers to Eve and Duna. But i don't know what is easiest to go to. Maybe some of jools moons or Moho.

You said you sent crew to Duna and back. It's a little unclear whether you just orbited or did a landing.

If you haven't landed Kerbals on Duna maybe try that next.

Or start exploring Jool. There's a lot to do there. Skimming Jool's atmosphere takes careful ship design and mission planning, just skim the upper atmosphere to collect upper atmospheric science, don't go too low or you'll burn up or get crushed. Laythe has a breathable atmosphere so you can build jet-powered drones to fly around.

Or build bases wherever you like. Bases can just be pretty, or include functional things like mining for fuel or using labs to process science.

Are you playing in sandbox mode? If yes, consider restarting a new game in science or career mode. It's a completely different experience when you start with limited parts.

I suggest a Kerballed Laythe mission. Assuming you've landed on all the bodies that you mentioned and brought your Kerbals back to Kerbin alive, a mission to plant a flag on Laythe should be right up your alley.

Send crew and get them home.  Especially challenging on Eve, but if you can land a rover, you aren't that far off.

If you enjoy docking I'd recommend a Jool expedition with a lander and a detachable refueling module. The low gravity moons at the outside of the system are great for mining.

Use kerbalism
It greatly increases the difficulty of manned missions. Also add OPM for extra extra challenge.
