PC Racing games

So if you haven't heard grid 2 has no cockpit view. This kills the game for me, so does anyone have some realistic racing games for pc to recommend? Something like grid or Forza 3 or 4?

I really do wish Microsoft would get with the times and bring the Forza series onto the PC. The Xbox does a good job with the Graphics and physics but a PC with a decent Graphics Card can play it better.

-Blur: Powered up racing. Srsly, shoot meteorites at cars, shock cars, blow up cars, everything!

-Nfs shift: If you like realistic track racing games, go for this.

-NFS undercover: If you like freeroam, cop destroying, and racing, this is for you.

If you want realism, check our iRacing or Live For Speed. iRacing is probably the best PC racing simulator out there, and has a huge following and super serious players.

The early access Next Car Game. It's on steam and it was worth every penny... It's got the best damage modeling...ever. Not since Viper Racing have I seen a game where the car could be crumpled up into a ball. And the racing is pure pandemonium.

It's not a racing game, but it's a very realistic car simulator, at least in the damage modelling as it uses soft body physics.
