It's from the Kerbal Engineer Redux plugin. The part doesn't have any weight, thrust etc, so it doesn't change the behavior of your ship in any way - simply gives you statistics about your rocket, staging, orbit etc.

Are we allowed to do micro-part in space refueling? Not that lining those up for docking would be anything but horribly time consuming.

Edit: I guess, though, If I can get full tanks up there anyway I might as well put a micro-engine on them.

Thanks! It's based on Figure 5.3 in this article. There are also more diagrams like it on the 17x9px flags thread and on my website.

EDIT: The ones of the moons have a critical error in them which makes them wildly inaccurate. There's only the one in my signature now, but I'm working on one for our solar system.

As a suggestion, you should add different point bonuses for flybys of different bodies that stack, and bonuses for landing.

Are we alowed to use spaceplanes? The wings are a bit big though.

Spaceplanes are allowed, but the wings can not be bigger than 1 meter.

How do you get break-dance?

Its quite difficult, you have to build a rocket that is not very stable, and then let the hilarious physics engine do the rest.
