Prior Version Saves

Does anyone happen to know if the future updates will be backwards compatible with current saves? I know some of the previous versions broke the prior saves but I don't know if they're passed that issue.

It depends on what the update contains, if parts are removed that are on the craft then that craft won't be able to load. Game mechanics shouldn't break saves, but at the end of the day the game is in development and nothing is guaranteed.

I believe they have said that 0.20 will be backwards compatible but don't quote me on that one.

I believe they're planning to make versions backwards-compatible from now on, but the game is a work in progress, and it may not always work out that way.
