Favorite and least favorite planet

So far Duna is my favorite because as a Mars analogue I find it is easy to get to and from, but interesting enough to warrent repeated exploration. Plus it is tidally locked with its moon so I can one day build a bustling trade network between Duna and Ike!

Least favorite is Eve but only because I haven't really explored it yet but the first ship I sent there crashed into Gilly. :(

Normally i would have said Jool for the one i dislike the most and Duna like the most, but because of what just happened i have to say dislike to kerbin. My Probe-Hauler (Holds 4 Probes able to land and orbit on itself) was on its way to eve time-warping from Escape of suns orbit to my matching plane maneuver node, when suddenly time-warping stops and I'm heading right in to kerbins ocean, because he catched me back into his SOI after a few days ~.~

I'm not sure that it's my favorite, I've only been there once, but Pol is really interesting. Its coloration is very different from any other planet/moon, it's got those strange rocks on the surface, and it has really varied terrain.

Least favorite: The Mun, maybe. I'm not sure why, but I've never had much interest in going to the Mun. I've landed there a few times, and I have a few satellites in orbit, but all of my more complex or interesting missions have been to other places. Maybe it's because everyone seems to go there first and build bases there, so I've spent a lot more time at Minmus and other planets.

I don't really dislike any of them, but Eve's color scheme is such that it conceals scenery. Can you tell I'm flying over a rather large and steep mountain here?

So for scenery, you can't beat Vall.

Current favorite is a toss-up between Duna, in part because I've always wanted to go to Mars in the real-world, and Minmus, for low gravity antics.

Current least favorite is Moho, for reasons which should be obvious to any veteran player. I still plan on eventually getting down to the surface, though.

More than 1 in each case, just because there's different reasons to hate/like stuff:

Favourites:

- Eve - It's purple. That is all.

- Laythe - Prettiest rock in the Kerbal system when Jool is behind it

- Gilly - Landing a rocket then being able to angle at 90* (parallel to the ground) and stay there will never get boring

Least favourite:

- Kerbin - The atmosphere is a barrier to my space program

- Tylo - Landing on Kerbin is easy because of the atmosphere. Landing on a moon around another planet 300 days from Kerbin with approximately the same gravity and no atmosphere is a nightmare. Oh, and it's just grey :(

I would but Moho in the "Least favourite" list for being very hard to get to and being too hot, but since I've never actually performed more than a flyby without cheating it gets bonus points for being !!FUN!!

My favorite planet thus far is Laythe. I like the Joolian body floating effortlessly in the skies.

Least favorite is probably Minmus or Dres, I think someone else in this thread said Dres was like a cheap placeholder taking up valuable real estate that a body of some interest could hold if it weren't there. I guess that may have something to do with Dres being the last body I visited... I was underwhelmed upon arrival. However the mission wasn't a complete loss, I drove the remainder of the ships directly into Kerbol.

FAVORITES

Eve, cause it's pretty. That's all.

Mun, cause Apollo. That is also all.

Minmus, cause it's easier to land on than most people think and its gravity is weak, allowing for interesting hiking (or EVA) trips.

DISLIKES

Duna, cause in my old space program it took me about 67382156 tries to finally figure out "hey, nuclear engines work better!" and FINALLY get there.

Moho. There's a reason I have only once attempted to reach this planet. Thank God (or whatever it is that Kerbals worship... probably Jeb) the mission was unmanned.

Favourite: Laythe. It's just so Beautiful and tranquil right now, Like one huge beach with awesome scenery in the sky.

Least favourite: Duna. It's a bit too small I think (they all are, but Duna is small enough for me to start to notice it), and I'm tired of most you-tubers focusing all their efforts on it, rather than somewhere like say, Vall (though not all do).
