I've been working on a new lifter family:

Not exactly a replica of any real life rocket (although it is loosely based off of my Pico Atlas V), but they are pretty awesome nonetheless.

I built a Scout once, many patches ago. It worked surprisingly well.

Maybe a modular solid rocket family? :)

I've always loved that rocket for some reason. It's just a couple of missiles slapped together with a fairing on top. If that isn't kerbal engineering then I don't know what it is. :P

The problem is that the stock game doesn't offer enough options for SRB rockets. Until SQUAD decides to develop procedural parts *wink*, I don't think it would be a be good idea to make stock pure-SRB rockets. :(

BTW, great rockets Giggleplex. I like small rockets, and your assymetrical ones are the poop.gif.

And by JmJ86jV.gif I mean "poop", so please don't put an infraction on me, mods.

Hey Giggle,

While this idea isn't really any real rocket in particular,

Why not make a rocket with solid boosters only?

*aside from the final stage, that could be liquid*

Like the idea?

I built a series of solid rocket launch vehicles in my save to simulate lower-cost launches. They were quite a bit taller than my liquid rockets, but they could lift much more. :)

bahahahaha I had already forgotten :P

Are they going to be modular or a more "conventional" rocket family?

Yup. Unfortunately, I can't access dropbox or mediafire for some reason so I won't be able to upload the files. :(

In the meantime, you guys can check out the cool stuff at Zepto Eagleworks.
