I can't even begin to remember the Kerbal's names, but I did get Billy-Bobfred a couple of times.

But by far the strangest Kerbal name I've ever gotten was Ergun Kerman. My brother is named "Ergun". I promptly went and renamed him because I didn't want an Ergun Kerman dying on my save.
