This is a very early alpha, it even uses the stock model.

Hello People!

Have you ever needed just a little bit more fuel to finish your mission? Yeah? Well then this is the perfect mod for you!

This mod adds an ''Electriccharge to Fuel'' Generator! Yep you heard right!

It uses 15 ElectricCharge /min. in exchange for 5 Liquidfuel and Oxidizer / min.

The Part can be found under ''Utility'' and looks like the stock RTG.

Right now you need to activate it by right clicking on both ''Activate Light'' and ''Activate Generator'' (If you know how to fix this please write me)

I would love if someone could help me with a new 3D model so please contact me if you could help. :D

Bit cheap to convert solar power / RTG power to fuel, most of KSP's challenge is due to managing Fuel resources. Kethane makes you mine the stuff and you still need to scan for and detect the stuff before taking equipment to the deposit to mine it before you can use it... this Electricity to Fuel mod makes fuel trivial... BUT...

... it doesnt effect MY game so, good luck and have fun developing it.

Um, this is 9 years later... That's over 3000 days. I highly doubt jogostar is working on this. Hasn't even visited the forum since 2015..

Maybe, but the stock game has fuel cells in it already and many other mods provide fuel cells too. When this game out there wasn't anything like it in stock. Now though, it's just unnecessary.

This mod does exactly the opposite of a fuelcell: electricity becomes fuel.
Makes no sense to me, but whoever needs it...
But you can simply copy a stock fuelcell, change data name, the partname and the following block in the .cfg from:

 INPUT_RESOURCE
         {
            ResourceName = LiquidFuel
            Ratio = 0.0016875
            FlowMode = STAGE_PRIORITY_FLOW
         }
         INPUT_RESOURCE
         {
            ResourceName = Oxidizer
            Ratio = 0.0020625
            FlowMode = STAGE_PRIORITY_FLOW
         }
         OUTPUT_RESOURCE
         {
            ResourceName = ElectricCharge
            Ratio = 1.5
            DumpExcess = false
         }

into (values are only examples):

 INPUT_RESOURCE
         {
            ResourceName = ElectricCharge
            Ratio = 0.0016875
            FlowMode = STAGE_PRIORITY_FLOW
         }


         OUTPUT_RESOURCE
         {
            ResourceName = LiquidFuel
            Ratio = 1.5

oh.. Well I guess I read the OP too quickly. haha. But yeah super easy to do that in MM. Might as well turn infinite propellent on though as electricity is darn near free.
