Biggest Muna lander.

Just a quick one. I am thinking about making a huge muna lander and wanted to know what had been done by others.

Have you guys seen any HUGE Muna or Duna landers?

I'm sure many people have built bigger, but here was my first moonbase, and probably the craziest craft I've ever put into orbit.

My current largest Munar lander. Though I wiped that save a little while back. No reason I couldn't take it bigger.

My latest creation is more modest. It tops at 36 tons, uses two nuke engines, carries 3.700 dV and can launch from everything in system except Kerbin, Eve, Laythe and Tylo. Of course it's grossly overpowered for places like Gilly or Pol. Oh well...

I made a Mun Colony that weighs 66 tons and carries 27 kerbals at once. But it's a bit tricky landing because it's so big and I have to use one Poodle engine or else I burn too much fuel at once.

Well this is a Mun lander Spac Tower I made, this is only the first floor. All stock.

This is an kethane miner who is in regular use, landed everywhere except Jool and Eve, weight is around 150 ton, currently using an slightly larger one.

However I tired to land this.

1500 ton. cargo was 1200 ton of rocket parts for Minmus.

With this result

Amazingly both the crew and cargo survived but it was an pretty messy landing.
