That's pretty simple, just add the following above the "cost" line in the part.cfg file.

TechRequired = stability
entryCost = 1200

And yes I did just copy that from the radial decoupler...

Also, this part is such a simple thing, yet so very awesome... I've pretty much stopped using the radial decoupler now.

This solves my most annoying issue yet: anything that i wanted to carry and separate (like a small probe) has a heavy separator piece stuck to it (as you can't put a radiao decouplet the other way around)

One of the most underrated mods. With the upcoming spaceplane parts, we definitely need this as stock part.

I wanted to post in this thread but I had to resist the necro... but, since you already posted I guess I'll post as well.

Could someone re-upload this? I tried to back-up as many as possible SpacePort mods before they got obliterated but I missed this one. Assuming the license allows for it to be re-uploaded, I'm not sure what the license is, exactly.
