Which is a better laptop for KSP?

They're both similar, but the Toshiba's CPU clock speed is higher than the Lenovo's, which will be helpful for KSP. However for that price I'm pretty sure you could find nearly the same laptop with 8Gb of ram. My laptop cost me about 830$ and has an A-10, 8Gb of ram and dual graphics. Keep shopping a bit you might stumble on a gem.

The TOSHIBA Satellite S55-A5276 is the best laptop of the two.

However, the TOSHIBA Satellite S55-A5276 has a 1366x768 resolution, wich isn't very much.

Personally, I would buy the TOSHIBA Satellite S55-A5276 instead of the Lenovo G700, based on the specs.

The Toshiba definitely has better components. That newer CPU will definitely help out for KSP. The resolution is low, but screen sizes are different too. I would say that both laptops have low resolutions for their size.

I have the S55, more specifically I have this S55. For most games I play, I can run them from upper medium to max settings, this includes The Witcher 2. KSP on the other hand, I can run at max for medium sized ships (about around 150 parts for me) before I start feeling crippling lag. One thing you should note is that the vents for the s55 are rather small and on the bottom, so you have to elevate the back it, also the heat sink is right side were you would rest your hands, so it can get pretty warm there after a while. But over all, I'm happy with it.
