Random Detonation of space craft while using Mk 1-2 command pod

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I'm having a problem with the command pod in the title, it flies completely fine up until it reaches 6km altitude when the whole space craft is randomly destroyed.

when I load up the flight report it says everything has crashed into "obj_base".

This only occurs when using the Mk 1-2 command pod and is driving me nuts, if anyone has any idea how to fix the problem could they please let me know because I'm out of ideas XD

Just tried it and it still hits this invisible wall, but the thing that hit it first was a rockomax brand decoupler, but I've tried not using that part and still using the pod and the same happens. sorry to ask but I don't know how to upload a photo I'm a bit of a gibbon so if you could tell me how I could upload one for you

Ahhhhh.....Kerbal Space Program Under The Dome!! Exploration should be short! :sticktongue:

Have you tried a complete re-install?

Hmm...

You aren't using any mods like Deadly Reentry, are you? I know that with that one, certain parts will explode if you put too much stress on them during launch or reentry due to the way it calculates drag forces.

If it's a stock install, though, I can't think of anything that hasn't already been suggested.
