What did you name your first rocket?

Firecracker 1. It was a small liquid fueled rocket after Jeb rejected a perfectly good RT-10 on the basis that he was not 'going to fly a glorified firecracker'. So the engineers in the VAB decided to have a little joke.

my first craft was a bunch on parts stuck together in some kind of a ledgible order. it was called awesome.

i gave up on it after some launches, then found that all it needed was some struts and flying skills, and a few other tweaks. afterwards, the rocket had a 100% sucsess rate (only for mechanical failures) and took me to the mun over 20 times.

but this was in the demo.

I bet none of your Kerbals ever stayed dead long ;)

but since it's already risen from the dead - mine was called the BoomPod, because it was just a pod with as many flea boosters strapped onto it as I could fit (oh and some fins and some chutes with the leftover parts after max weight was reaxhed)

Back in the demo, my first rocket was named Proteus I, because it sounded cool at the time.

By the time of my current savegame, I have more fully embraced the Kerbal lore, and so:

- My first probe-carrying rocket was named Kerbstar 1

- My first crewed rocket (with Jeb inside) was named Kerbal 1
