KSP Tech Required Finder

I had a few mods what I wanted to use in campaign mode, the main problem was some did and didn't have parts that needed the "TechRequired" field to be setup and so would not show up in the tech tree.

So I made a program that will list every "part.cfg" file that does not contain "TechRequired".

It was made in Visual Studio 2010 and you will need .net installed to use it (windows only).

Please let me know if you find this useful at all or if you have any ideas for improvement/problems.

Sweet! Now all you need to do is have it create a custom config file for ModuleManager with the parts in tech nodes defined by... uh... I guess the user. Dunno
