No control near the Mun, Career Mode

With both manned and unmanned craft, I usually do not have control when I'm near the Mun. I have power, solar panels, and a comms unit. Once, I did have control, but usually, I can check the status of components but not interact with them. I've *had* mods installed, (MechJeb, Protractor, and at least one robotics one), but I removed all the parts.

Any ideas?

Are you right-clicking the devices you're talking about? Just about everything requires a right-click to activate.

I usually see this when I'm timewarping and don't realize it.

Make sure you're completely out of timewarp, make sure you've got electrical power, and make sure you don't have your capsule's onboard reaction wheels disabled. If you still have no control, try turning off SAS. If that doesn't do the trick, your rocket might be heavy; consider adding RCS for steering purposes next time you visit the VAB.

And if all that doesn't work, its time to try SCE to AUX.

Still happens to me all the time.

Time warp gets me a lot, I'll be trucking along at x5 time-warp and not know it because it isn't much different than normal time at those places - then be like "WTH Why can't I pitch, or turn on my engines, or anything!"

I usually time warp to empty batteries because I forget to extend my solar panels
