Tap dancing?

Going to church?

A bunker?

Nope. :)
"Menace be mustered with psalms and shoes". Wha???

Does that imply singing at people before kicking them? [the images that come to mind...:0.0:]

And then sieges... Hmm.

Is it just war?

Of course not. It's not entirely unrelated, though. :P
Is it hip-hop music?
I've not a clue where that came from, but nope. xD
What about a referee's whistle? That would account for the reference to shoes, most sports have specialist footwear.
Nope, though that's an interesting angle.
National Anthem?

Ah, that doesn't really work. :(

EDIT:

Sheesh, I thought dragons were good at riddles :(

Ehehehe. Keep trying.

'Tis the tune of an ancient song; Most hip-hop has simple beats, the most ancient of songs.

The harbinger's call heralds harms, Violence at hip-hop shows and among the artists themselves is notoriously big.

Gathers rich, poor, right and wrong. Hip-hop is enjoyed by the rich and poor, good and bad.

Menace be mustered with psalms "Gangsta" hip hop sometimes incites violence against others.

And shoes; let the sieges begin. Many hip hop artists endorse shoe lines, and "rap battles' are a thing.

Every man has their day, "Look, if you had one shot|Or one opportunity|To seize everything you ever wanted.|One moment|Would you capture it|Or just let it slip?"

Every man has their flaws and sin, No explanation needed.

But all today enter, and pray. Many rappers are devout and thank $Deity for their success.

'Tis the tune of an ancient song;

The harbinger's call heralds harms,

Gathers rich, poor, right and wrong.

Menace be mustered with psalms

And shoes; let the sieges begin.

Every man has their day,

Every man has their flaws and sin,

But all today enter, and pray.

That escalated quickly. Nope. :D

Added a few more lines to the riddle.

'Tis the tune of an ancient song;

The harbinger's call heralds harms,

Gathers rich, poor, right and wrong.

Menace be mustered with psalms

And shoes; let the sieges begin.

Every man has their day,

Every man has their flaws and sin,

But all today enter, and pray.

At sovereign behest, the day is done,

But only then, and not before.

The endless songs are sung in fun,

Yet the silent song has solemn core.
