OP was simply making the point the reply could be anything, but then states he doesn't want MLP stuff around. "But seriously, don't post MLP stuff" means don't post any, and that the previous statement was a joke. Lastly, the forum games guidelines state this:

"If you want people to be able to play your game, you must add a set of rules so everyone can know how to join. Rules can be basic, overly complex rules can alienate potential players. Simply explaining the mechanics and limitations of the game is sufficient. If there is a scoring system, ensure you explain how it works."

This means the rules in the OP are those you guys should be following in the thread. Simple enough
