Tank Buddy
Just the other day I had set "full screen" off to more easily switch between an image of a soyuz module so I could replicate it. When I tried to exit the space center screen, I could not hit "exit to main menu" because my windowed verson of KSP would not move up. Silly Windows! I couldn't change the size either so I had to exit the game entirely. When I tried to change the game back to full screen, I couldn't click the "accept" button! I swear that was the angriest I had ever been at KSP. In the middle of my hissy fit I ended up remembering you could edit the "setting" file to "True". Has anyone else had any Space Diaper issues of any sort?
katateochi
thought something scary had happened to you! btw, you can tell windows to stop trying to be "helpful" if you go to control panel -> ease of access centre -> make mouse easier to use and then check the "prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen" option. I found that helps when running in windowed mode as you can then move the top of a window above the top of the screen.
trbinsc
Also, Alt+Enter will toggle fullscreen in most applications, including KSP.

Before installing Chrome or a virus scanner.Very. First. Thing.
Tank Buddy
It was scary! I thought I would be trapped out of full screen forever! I can admit there could have been a better use of "I almost pooped my space diaper". My issue was that the KSP window was locked to one size, and I could not re-size it by banging it against the sides or using the typical bidirectional arrows. The "accept" button was blocked by the taskbar. I just tried out that option but I don't like it. I tend to always use windows-being-helpful function, and turning it off didn't allow me to have more freedom of movement in this chrome browser, in terms of moving it off the screen. Thanks for the support anyways.

GamerMitch
Since I have a beefy gaming laptop,When I'm in full screen and in the middle of a flight and I close it up,when I open it back up again the screen fitting goes wrong and everything is "Stretched out",like the M/S numbers will be beside the nav ball, and only half of the altimeter is showing.I always have to go back to the space center menu screen to make it better.UUUGGHHHH,that angers me... Savage117
Another solution is using KSPs "borderless window" option in the launcher if you use that, or type this (without quotes) "-popupwindow" in Steams "set launch options" under the general tab in the game poperties menu. Then turn off fullscreen in KSP and presto you will have a borderless windowed KSP that will still be running when you alt tab instead of minimizing every time. I like to have the Wiki open on another monitor while playing and it drove me batty that KSP minimized every time I clicked on the wiki. If you don't know what a borderless window in Windows is, its just that a borderless window, you dont have those unsightly bars all around your KSP ruining your immersion and harshing your vibe man. It is kinda buggy for me though and my taskbar pops up for no reason sometimes, but that could be a background program doing that.
Odo
Ive had a "space diaper moment" many times. My craft files keep getting corrupted whenever I do boosters that are oddly shaped. IG. a soyuz booster, Ill make a single one so I can use the symetry tool for its engines, then once Im done with one Ill 4x it. Once I 4x it, itll corrupt my save file and make it unusable, even though I have no mods or anything. It really pisses me the hell off, considering Ive had to destroy and restart so many big projects because of it.
