If you have no idea what to do have a look at the in game tutorials, Scott Manley on YouTube and these forums and then try and go to the Mun.

Click on settings in the top right corner, then, on the leftahand side of the page around halfway down, there should be something called "Edit signature", click it and you can type anything you want or post an image URL

Of note, you'll only get access to that feature once we've confirmed that you're not some sort of sneaky spambot trying to slip through the filter. You should get full profile permissions once you've had five posts approved on the forums.
