The Kraken attacked me!

I was doing a scenario where my plane crashes into the mountains, I had 2 parachutes, and I landed on a wing. Then, I extended my Telus Mobility enhancer, went on EVA and then I notice the screen black out and I'm at 222,222 meters. I go to the map screen and I see nothing, so I clicked on the kerbal I sent out. NaN longitude and latitude and I was escaping the sun's sphere of influence. The game crashed before I could screenshot

I believe you have encountered the Hell Kraken. Do the mission again.

As minerman30 says, you've encountered a fairly rare glitch that comes up when a Kerbal steps or falls onto the surface of a world. The only way to undo it is to quit the game to desktop, start it up again, and resume your most recent pre-glitch save.

from a testers pov hes the most luck person alive but from a normal persons veiw the universe hates him but cant kill him yet so its doing the next best thing
