<p><strong>tobyb121</strong>'s <a href="http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/62941-v0-23-Tarsier-Space-Technology"><strong>Tarsier Space Technology</strong></a> gives players enhanced science capabilities through the introduction of two distinct parts. A space telescope that allows for extra long distance viewing (Eeloo can be seen from Kerbin orbit!) and hard drives in which science can be stored without having to constantly save up electricity for data transmission.</p>
