nice! i love those parts.

the only thing.. i know you did it for balance purposes.. but i think the cam should be reuseable. its a simple cam, you don't have to clean it after use. or is it a one-shot polaroid? :D

+1

Personally hate the 0.23 non reusable features... I would have preferred lower scores at the science researchs. Longer (in time and efforts) travels are funnier than just more travels.

Hey everyone, I've updated the first post. I've added the Kerbal Kam, and also the Scoop-O-Matic Jr.

...

I've kept it to just Crew Reports, to still give manned missions an edge. The crew report can only be generated once before you have to clean the part. It also gives less science per transmission.

These parts are great!

Not sure if you're aware though, but Sethnizzle over in the Dev forum has also released a camera science part similar to yours: http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/64336-Probodobodyne-MastCamâ„¢-Remote-Crew-Reports

I was going to use ModuleManager to tweak some of the part settings but I noticed the part names contain spaces. This means it can't be tweaked with ModuleManager. Could you consider renaming the part names to not include spaces. This ofcourse would break any existing ships using the parts though.

I was looking VERY hard for a probe surface sampling arm for the past few days. You may want to include more keywords in the title to make this easier to find (trust me, I searched EVERYTHING)

I just happen to see this while browsing the add-on page (and am VERY happy I found it!)

Downloaded!

I need to try that out! Probes always were kinda useless, science lab and goo canister are far too big to put them on a probe, no crew report, no surface sample, etc...

This gets even worse if you have some life support mod that makes it almost impossible to visit jool moons :(

So i hope this will help to bring some balance in career mode :)

would be cool to be able to retract the parts after using, like the action groups for goo and material bay. and another big problem is: the parts are only one time useable, so it makes never sense to use it for rover, because i can land directly on the spot i want to collect a surface sample. there is no reason for driving from biome to biome, to collect more samples, because the parts can't.

here a short list, what i think, need to be changed:

- remove one-time-limitation

- add retract function

Good to see you've released your project Beastofchicken! My only complaint is the non-stock coloring on the scoop, but I will definitely be using these in the future.

Some feature suggestions:

- Have the scoop be reusable, but make a one-time version that can't be transmitted and has to be recovered. Neat for probes.

- Inverse Kinematics on the scoop if that isn't already implemented.

- As mentioned, better stock-like texturing, and keep it a neutral gray.
