SSTO R.A.P.I.E.R. (Ver 0.23) Challenge Part3 (Closed)

After testing each plane in the enviroment (Stock/FAR) they where intended for, there where three planes witch where my favorites:

1. The "mike STTO Rapier P3". A solid design with not tendancy to pitch up (unlike most of the others) and an wingarea to take it up anywhere.The only flaw is, it have to have a "ramp" for takeoff.

2. The "ZRC Zirsdaedge". Nice idea to take a LV-N with in space for elongated trips.

3. The "KermaJet KR100 Kodachi". Wow, with a single engine up to a 130 km orbit? Great.

Because the last two ones use an unusual design they are most intersting. In this case i wish there are two polls, one for stock enviroment and one for FAR-vehicles.

But it is not, so i have to vote for the "KermaJet KR100 Kodachi", since it achives an orbit witch the least amount of fuel, witch was the goal here, i suppose.

Looks like the votes will need a hand count. Already there's 11 votes and 9 entrants, since the entrants are the ones that are supposed to vote...

A quick look shows that of the entrant-only votes: SlyReaper, m1sz, zorque, myself, and blaster are all tied at one vote each at the time of this posting.

Also as of this post, we are missing votes from zorque, inigma, Fengist, and Blaster.

If I have to vote, then I am voting for the Proton. I know. m1sz set the precedent. Besides, I like the other SSTOs, but really though, I think they could all use a bit of shrinking of their footprint for my taste. That's why I like the Proton and other convergent designs like it so much. You really should download and fly the Proton III sometime.

Less than a week to know who wins (Poll closes on 12th February 2014 at 02:49).

Since only participants are supposed to be allowed to vote, we can see that all the voted crafts are in a draw with 1 vote each.

Now is when the participants who have to vote yet (zorque, Fengist, and Blaster) decide to vote Heagar, Fengist and Uzric...

AND WE ALL WIN!

Dullest challenge ever if it happens, though.

Took me a while to decide... the Proton is just very inventive with how it's got everything packed together.
