I'll probably stick some RCS on it for easy manoeuvring but I guess I could hide some engines in it for infinite fuel use. The only thing is the impulse engine is quite high and wouldn't be along the centre of mass so it might look a bit weird with rocket exhaust in other places to compensate. Also, I just realised the schematic I went with is the Nova refit which the USS Rhode Island was based on. At least it's canon I suppose. I've added some engines inside near the ends of the saucer section tips. It's not where the impulse engines are supposed to be but at least it moves in space. She flies OK but the part count is about 640 and lags a little. She glides quite well too although with no active control surfaces she's going to hit the ground.I've added lots of aesthetic tweaks and will release her possibly tomorrow. I think I have an idea for the nacelle lighting but it's going to get fiddly. Sadly no shuttle bay although there is kind of room inside. Maybe in the future.
