Best "Useless" Mods?

I recently installed the Chatterer mod, a mod that adds beeps and radio communication to the game. For some reason it just adds to the atmosphere of the game so much. Hearing the Kerbonauts communicating and the beeps and signals of the ship makes space flights feel more realistic and enjoyable.

By "useless" i mean mods that don't necessarily change any mechanics of the game, but rather slightly modify it. What are some other "useless" mods that you know of? I'm all ears!

Looks like the best useless mods are related to sounds when you think about it.

But they are fun. There is a mod which gives you sonic booms, i.e. it is loud where the shockwave is and it is silent in front of the shockwave. It is this one http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/56405. It's pretty cool

P.S. I think the word "useless" doesn't do the hard work of the modders justice. Let's change it to "fun mods" or something like that!

3 big ones I use or have used in the past are:

• Texture Replacer
  
• Universe Replacer
  
• Visual Enhancements
  

The first one is a more updated and feature-rich replacement for the second one, but both bog my game down too much to enjoy much. I personally just use the 3rd one these days and it adds so much to the game it's impossible to describe it.

However it does have some great features: alarms for low resources wich you can set,when you click on a resource displayed on the panel, it shows where those fuels are.

Above all that it also gives a good visual representation of the resources using icons.

This mod allows you to change the navball texture with any you like.

I used an apollo inspired texture wich i like very much!.
