Build the Biggest Space Station

A simple challenge really, just build the biggest space station. Use this to measure it. All parts are allowed, even cheat parts such as this.

Leaderboards

1. Barayas - Kerbin Conclave - 52m x 52m x 42m

2. NovaSilisko - B.A.S.S - 46m x 46m x 35.5m

3. randyrules711 - Universia Sky - 12m x 21m x 12m

4. Gabyalufix - The Centrifudge - 20m x 20m x 4m

5. kevinlacht - KSS1 - 2m x 10m x 2m

[WIP] Kerbin conclave

The arms are 25m long, for a diameter of 52 meters. Central tower height of 42m. Powered by 2 3m nuclear reactor in the center with a total of 244 2m hab modules. 72 fully rotation railguns, 36 on each side of the disk. Don\'t mind the space debris, the station is perfectly stable. Getting it into orbit is the tricky part.

Where\'s the fun if you have to use cheat parts to get it into Orbit :(

Sadly there is no orbital vab currently, and idealistically you would never launch a whole station from the ground to start with. Here\'s one that was launched atop a stack, sort of a prototype for the conclave.

Meet BASS: either Big Ass Space Station or Big Awesome Space Station depending on your cursing preferences.

Launch is completely legit, only CFG editing is the 7x symmetry habitation module (which weighs 25 tonnes)

I will try to measure it soon.

Edit: 46m x 46m x 35.5m counting solar panels, 22m x 22m x 35.5m without. Counting the launch stage, it\'s 55m tall.

Also, no RCS or ASAS or SAS of any kind, if that counts for anything.

Wow, those are some beautifully constructed monstrosities. How are you guys getting your VAB cameras so far back? I always end up trying to jam things on the little bit of surfaces that I can see, or shuffling the whole rocket off the center of the room to view it all.
