Maneuver Node improvements

While 0.23.5 made great strides towards maneuver node functionality, I feel there are a few more small "quality of life" improvements that could perfect the system.

1. Mouse-wheel scrolling on the node itself to adjust the time. You can mouse-wheel adjust the widgets but not the node, which is somewhat counter-intuitive. It'd be nice to be able to fidget the node time just so, making it line up better with an AN/DN or apo-/periapsis.

2. Mouse-wheel acceleration should be toggle-able somehow, maybe with a modifier key. Right now it accelerates just a bit too fast for minor fidgeting; slowing the acceleration rate by holding "ctrl" or something would be a vast improvement.

3. A minor thing, but when the camera is focused on a maneuver node and you drag it to adjust the time, the focus moves as well. This is not that huge an issue, but it'd be nice if the focus remained on the node's last position until the drag action was finished.

Bumping to add:

4. When dragging the node to adjust time, respect the current orbit offset. That is, if I have advanced the node by five orbits and then drag the node to adjust time, the time should still be adjusted five orbits ahead rather than resetting to the current orbit.

5. would like to be able to add other types of nodes eg. de-warp nodes to automatically return to real time at particular points on the trajectory.

That's an interesting approach to the whole alarm-clock problem, I like it.

+1 I think every one can be in favor of this.

I'm sure there are other functions notes and reminders people would like to have on coarse.

I love this idea! It would be so helpful, simple to implement and awesome!

No more buggered orbits from time warping over SOI changes.

would be cool if nodes were saved in some kind of "flight log" that could be accessed from the space center or tracking station.

or at least some way of planning out the mission with maneuver nodes and reminder markers that lets you come back later to view the progress.

This would help with running multiple missions at the same time and keeping them organized and on track.

maybe even a little automation? like automatically activating action groups by adding "command nodes" too the flight path.

I don't know how this would go with vehicles that are not focused. Hopefully it could be triggered by the global clock. But I'm not sure of the relationship between the orbit paths, nodes and the global clock.

The tracking station or map view needs some love. There are so many cool helpful features that would fit so well in there.

AFAIK if you select a ship with a saved node in the tracking station it will show the node.
