Refuel from Kerbin or Minmus

I have a refinery on minmus. As I go on interplanetary missions before I depart LKO I refuel. Which would be cheaper? Refuel 1 orange tank from Kerbin or 1 orange tank from my minmus refinery?

Refuel from Minmus because of the low gravity and the distance from Kerbin, which makes it easier to escape the SOI.

If going to Duna or Eve, use Minimus. If going to another planet, it's actually better to start from a low-Kerbin orbit. You actually need less dV for the transfer.

Unless you slow down at Minmus, drop to about 80k periapsis at Kerbin and then shoot off from there to your destination.

Hard to plan, easy to screw up (until you get it down), but very rewarding when you nail it.

If it was me I would have a refueling station around Kerbin and take fuel back and forth.
