Hi!, I'm waiting for the beta of WIP-EVE. But I keep doing things.

Among others, I'm using the Kopernicus Expansion and now Jool has a pretty awesome procedural cloudmap. It flows and evolves much more like in a real giant gas. I can't wait for the multi-planet support in Scatterer, to add a cool green scattering. :D

IMO the white sun is more of a RSS thing. Given that Kerbol is smaller than our sun and would be cooler, yellow is a perfectly natural color for it to be. Of course, if it were yellow in space due its heat should it still appear yellow after its light scatters in the atmosphere of Kerbin? I'm not sure. Depends on how deep down the realism rabbit hole you want to go ;)

for me that sounds like hurrying someone - which wont help.
im pretty sure proot is one of the first that got the new versions - so just wait for what he ha to say about his progress - and if he doesnt say anything - so he has a RL perhaps?

btw: "WIP-EvE" is no WIP as it got released - see just 2 posts above yours.
just keep cool and get some tea ;)

well- i thought with version 1.05.1 the latest WIP version(as of nov.10th) became the official release, while the WIP-fork will be the experimental-branch forever...
[See in the missing clouds on menu & stuff that just occured in WIP until then]

thats not true?
seemed to me like this was an overhaul to the master-branch itself ;)

he says [B](after beeing asked if someone should go to 1.05.1) [/B]that THIS is overhaul ("what overhaul was") and that this branch no is the one that is gettin updates in the future and the old 7.4 is discontinued

so - basically he says what i was thinking.. WIP EvE become final - but is still gettin updated in the "WIP-thread".. but its the same basic from now on.

Really!? That is good news, indeed, Motokid. AVP and KSPRC are my two favorite visual packs (although I am closely following the development of SVE), and I can't wait to see what these two incredible artists are able to accomplish with the brand-spanking-new version of EVE. Good luck, Proot!

I do this just for fun. I don not see the need on compete with anyone. :wink:

Some pics coming soon. I want to release this ASAP. But the incoming content is pretty heavy. So please, be patient.
I'm testing all, right now, and working with the Jool system.
I need to re-add things like the auroras, which was impossible until now. And some other new things...

When it comes to mods, patience is all that we know! We all know that the final result will be well worth the wait. Until then, have fun with development!
