The hexadecimal conversion of 5632 to a string is "V2". :)

This, given the fact that the FL-T100 is a very basic part, might be the answer. Now we only need to figure out what "KA" does refer to.

Ok, last attempt. In 1965 the ruskies launched the maiden flight of the Soyuz/Vostok 11A510 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome(úþÑÂüþôрþü «Ã‘ðùúþýур» or KB). Possibly 51 in 11A510 represents the block number of the production run.

Well if you add 5 and 3 together you get 8 which is half of 16 which is the date in November that Half Life 2 was released on and if you divide 6 by 2 you get 3. It's a clear reference that Half Life 3 is coming out soon.
