Shouldn't affect RAM usage. If it doesn't show up in the available resoultions in game, try editing settings.cfg. Look for these two lines:

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_WIDTH = 1920

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT = 1080

And adjust them to:

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_WIDTH = 3840

SCREEN_RESOLUTION_HEIGHT = 2160

Not sure this will work, but it should. You may have to adjust the UI size as well to get things looking right.

Don't do this on a screen too small to support it, it's not a good idea.

Yeah the menu is tiny on my 3200x1800 laptop screen.
