Wanderfound
With that design, yes. Too many engines, not enough intake area.I'm counting four shock cones and at least ten radial intakes on that thing, feeding what looks like four (maybe six?) engines. That should be able to get well over 30,000m before choking if flown right.

Sabor
Having issues with the IVA cockpit. I can't get ScanSAT to show up on the MFDs. It works fine for B9's cockpits, but not this one. Usually I just hit the NAV button and up it comes, but here it's just a blank black screen with positional info only in text. All the other MFDs work perfectly
Wanderfound
Out of curiosity are you hitting these speeds with FAR and DRE installed or on stock?I use FAR but not DRE (I like the idea of DRE, but I'd prefer a more polished execution of it).If I spend the time for a maximum speed run I can get up over Mach 6, but I usually find that Mach 4.5 or so is plenty fast enough to reach orbit. TheReaper
Out of curiosity are you hitting these speeds with FAR and DRE installed or on stock?obviously stock, with far your acceleration really slows down when you hit 1600s. given time patience and ambition, and engineering yeah you can reach 2000s, (with far, i doubt DRE will alow much fun with this) in stock you accelerate non stop to 2100s so easily.this speed is achived even with the dumbest planes

Master Tao
CjStaal,Please provide more information. We're not psychic. These are good instructions to follow any time you have a problem in KSP:Where do you see that? Is that causing a problem for you? If so, start KSP and cause the problem.Upload your output_log.txt Describe the problem in words (and pictures) Include an example craft file if needed
CjStaal
There was no issues, it didn't cause it to crash. It's during the loading of the game. Just wanted to know if I should go through old versions to find this file, and if it's not needed anymore, why have the plugin ask for it?
Sabor
I can't figure out for the life of me how to get ScanSat to work with the IVA. It works fine for other cockpits using RPM, and RPM works otherwise in IVA. I'm so confusedGot it. The part.cfg for the cockpit needed an additional line. ScanSAT works off the RPMComputer moduleMODULE{name = RasterPropMonitorComputer}All that was needed Edited August 8, 2014 by Sabor
S1000RRHP4
HUue...... is it normal if i can't put wings from another mod on a SP+ body? and it make my KSP crash?its the winglet from D12 aerotech... is it a known issue?

I always play with FAR and DRE installed and built an SSTO that can reach MACH 5.2 at around 25,000m using Wanderfound's excellent advice I will stick up some piccys in abit. Alshain
They are from b9.Really? That's strange I've not seen them before. There are just so many parts in B9 I guess it's easy to overlook.

There are just so many parts in B9 I guess it's easy to overlook.Yeah I only tend to use a few parts form KW and B9, loads of the parts are pretty rubbish imho but some of them are pretty useful. MrUberGr
Joachim, you should get TAC Fuel Balancer. Very handy and simple. Pretty much renders the "yellow tube" obsolete.

MrUberGr
I want to install the actual firespitter add-on. Do I have to do something with the Firespitter of this add-on? Replace it probably, just asking to be safe.
