I apologize for the lack of content lately. This week has consisted of an exam, preparation for a High Altitude Balloon project, and preparation for some travel and a move this weekend. Beale and I have been working on how the Capella/ATV rear docking port works. I've got some of the parts in Unity, and the existing configs have been modified in preparation. This dry/humid sauna-esque summer air over here prevents my brain from getting oxygen properly so for the past few weeks I've not been feeling good at all. Trying to breath anywhere is like being in a sauna. It's painful. Apart from my usual summer misery (last summer was too hot, even just sitting on a chair was enough for sweat to start pouring). Anyway my question should've been this: "Wonder when will Beale be returning to modding, how long of a break is it in rough estimate? No rush, just wondering." Comatorium420 Posted July 17, 2015 Share Posted July 17, 2015 Wow moderators are really efficient, I didnt even have time to see what caused the deletion of our messages haha! didn't mean to start any flames sorry!What I was saying is that Astrium will not work on the ATV anymore as they only do defense contracts and sold their patents to Lockheed and Excalibur wich will intend to use the parts for the Orion and Excalibur Almaz.- - - Updated - - -Speaking of the ATV, i got a serious bug with the Capella being 1.25m with 2.5m attachment nodes.At first it happened just when I launched it and changed scene, when I'd come back to the craft the core would be off scale but then it got permanently bugged along one of the latest updates.There are some mods that could tamper with it in the pictures (btw Ioncross and USI life support is a BAD mix) but I tried it on fresh install with only Tantares and dependecies installed, with and without Tweakscale and the Q tweakscale configs.I'm runnin on a linux 64 version with a LOT of mods but like I said the bug happens regardless of the mods.Is it a known bug with an easy fix that I have missed (If so, sorry for making you repeat yourself) or am I the unluckiest Tantares fan who has his favorite craft Fubar for some mystical reason? No flames happened IMO, the other person who commented me just liked my reaction and that was the end of it. Anyway, don't know how to help with that bug. It be preferable if it didn't happen at all. can fix this attachement bugs for myself, but finding that 4 mistakes is impossible for me. Other bugs, like changing sizes, when I load saved game (For example when Salut station is real sized one of it's parts becomes kerbal-sized) are annoying too...
