I think after playing a little in Career mode, that some parts may need some changes in their tech tree positions. Like Pol and Tantares SM's, ALV tanks and some others.

Fair point. Along with the solar panels :)

When you get around to remaking the Fuji, I have but one request: PLEASE don't make it all-grey. It gets very boring to look at in the long run, and it's perfectly possible to be colourful and still stockalike (which is probably why I like your ATV best of the crafts that you've made). Suggestions would include making the pod white or tiled black.

I wouldn't worry.

The all grey is shared only with my Soviet-era craft, I know not everyone is mad about it, but I have grown to really like it (As a sort of utilitarian bloc style).

For everything else (Cygnus, ATV, D2, Fuji), I'm happy to use colour (or lighter tones).

The "new" Fuji will be white, with golden tanks (very similar to the old one really).

At least in the wikipedia entry for the Soviet lunar program (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_manned_lunar_programs) the craft they use are green rather.

Love your Proton! Used it (with some help from KW Rocketry) to get this 42-ton monster of a space station part into orbit:

I'm pursuing lots of these little beta releases as my work etc is ramping up and of course IRL matters take priority. Shouldn't expect a major release for a while I'm afraid. :)

Did kind of a modern Salyut-style station with a Tantares+SDHI PPTS dealiebob, and a Tantares+SDHI PPTS-derived transport vehicle.

Nice stuff! I always like seeing my parts mixed around with stock and other mod parts! It is good they find other uses :)

IMO, more color = more better. Some of your crafts feel a little bland.

RLA is a good example yes. I could move towards that style at some point.

But all the other examples, they are more or less all completely white or grey... :huh:

Personally I really like your use of color. I have to admit I am something of a minimalist, so the simple grey with the the bands of color on the separator, or on the Soyuz service module, work really well I think. It's made effective because it is sparse. Also when you combine Tantares parts with stock, the simple color scheme allows you to create an aesthetically rocket ship. So I would say stick with simple colors minimally applied.

I could experiment a bit, when these alternate textures are returning.

I apologise to people that is taking so long. It's a long tedious process of:

  1. Recreate texture using MBMs (I'd foolishly saved all my old recoulors as un-editable .TGAs)
  2. Scroll through large list of textures in Unity
  3. Apply texture to dummy object
  4. Export dummy object to dummy folder
  5. take texture of dummy folder object
  6. move texture to dummy folder structure ready for patching
