What are some mods you simply refuse to play KSP without?

Those are the three mods I consider essential, however I have a handfull of other mods that I consider very important.

Novapunch and Station Science, more rocket parts, stations actually have a purpose now, and I get access to a (low tech(no fuel transfers)) docking port early into career mode (I think the station science docking port is in the tier where you get the struts and launch clamps)

I can LIVE with no mods at all, but as far as "essential" mods go, I say KAC and then HyperEdit.

HyperEdit only for testing purposes, of course, e.g. to make sure I have enough parachutes on the ship before launching the mission for real. And for the occasional middle finger to the Kraken when it decides that my beautiful spaceship deserves to start spinning around and exploding for no reason.

Basically the utilities and realism improvements that I believe should eventually become part of the stock game (at least as a difficulty setting option). I'm also using tons of part packs and beautification mods, but these I could do without.
