The additional biomes on Duna, Ike, and other bodies outside Kerbin's SOI didn't exist yet when this spreadsheet was created. At the time, each planet just had one biome covering the entire surface.

You will get a full set of science for each current biome on the surface, though, similar to exploring the Mun or Minmus.

I believe that this spreadsheet was the best I've seen so far. I know it was outdated and for the new players it might help to get a refresh version. Dont want to steal the credits of OP but I've made modification to his spreadsheet and put all biomes and multipler modifications.

Hey i know this post is ancient in internet terms, but is there any way you could revive the link? I think its been broken for a while. If you cant, thats fine, im just on a mission to get heavy rocketry and idk what to do next.

The best source these days for "all science available" is in the KSP wiki:

In particular, this table. You can take anything along the top row to the places on the left (in every SOI) to get new science (Sorry about the formatting it's better on the wiki):
