It is all stock, and I just changed graphical settings. After further analysis, the whole new file is corrupt. Considering that the Cupola module is the habitation module

Step one - Reinstall KSP.

Step Two - Change max persistent debris to Unlimited

Step Three - In Graphics, Set everything to the right. EVERYTHING

Step Four - Hit Apply

Step Five - Hit accept

Step six - See if it happened
