Can Kerbals Move Within Vessels?

Recommended Posts

Hi All

If I have a space station, which is made up of a pod, a few hitchhiker pods in a long tube, maybe a docking port in the middle? Can Kerbals move throughout the station inside? Or do you have to EVA to go next door?

Or do you have to EVA to go next door?

If you stick with vanilla, EVA it is. Ladders everywhere make things helpful otherwise you're gonna be using monoprop each time you want to move compartment.

I'm also fairly certain if you are going into a hitchhiker it doesn't refill either.

If you want just to move kerbals (like fuel), Kerbal Crew Transfer is the least cluttered choice (with optional CLS support) - http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/82101-0-23-5-Kerbal-Crew-Transfer-v0-4-released

Connected Living Space by itself does not have transfer capability, it just calculates correctly where from/to its possible to travel.
