We sure that all of these are compatible with one another? I know for sure that when I installed the ScanSat mod, it and TAC would not function if both were installed in the mod folder at the same time. Independently, yes. Together, no.

Yep, works fine for me too. What do you mean by 'it wouldn't function'? Did you check your logs? Apart from 5.5, 6, 8, 9, 13 and 17, I have the mods in that list and all work fine together.
