Hello, big fan of this mod, just came up with a cool idea:

What if, in addition to having flags resembling earth's current nations, we also have flags representing the 8 (soon 12) factions in Civilisation: Beyond Earth? I think it would be cool to try that.

No promises, but I'll take a look. I'm not sure I want to rip those flags off for this pack without making parody versions.

OMG, which one of you created Woolsh!? LOL

Btw, is there a cat one? I want to make a nation for Chairman Meow. Or Pusheen.

I did Woolsh and the bio for it. Every time I scroll past it I giggle to myself. I figure, I've been there, I've met the people, and they are nice enough, but they can be a very proud people and I figured I'd take em down a peg. :)

What say you TonyC?  I call it Krankia!  Proud nation of Kerbals who seeded the idea of spaceflight in a book published 150 years ago entitled, "From Kerbin to the Mun".  Additionally, they achieved the first recorded "flight" in a balloon above the service of Kerbin, once outlawed potatoes for 24 years, and invented the pencil mustache.  Wearing pants of any kind is punishable by death.  Every day is no pants Tuesday.

That's pretty comforting to hear.  This project gives all of us... with less appliable talents... the ability to make a small mark in Kerbal history.  I smile when I browse imgur or reddit and see someone using one of the flags one of us made.  Reminds me that even something small and inocuous can add immense value to this game and thier experiences within.

v2.1 is out!  Fall of the Ape Edition.  I couldn't stand by and watch without trying to stick it to the man.  God I hope parody laws protect me.

 

Changes: Defunct Squexico flag replaces original. New Republiko Simios flag takes its place.

NOTE:  Dont bother using the Defunct Squexico flag as it doesnt allow for transparency.... ಠ_ಠ

I've made a parody flag for China, navball marker themed! I didn't come up with a clever name, but feel free to use it in your mod.

The Kerberal Republik of Kermania, not to be confused with the Kermania Empire because they are now tottally diffrent after the Kallies won KW2 they got a big image change. They trying to be cool but the past seems to made them invulnerable to fun.

They have 2 Basic rules: 1. There is always work to do and 2. If work seems hard, work harder.

With these prinicple they have managed to get a giant in technologies and economy. Their rocket engineers are in great demand all around Kerbin since the second Kerold*War.

Their Space Program is efficient as the Kermanian people itself.

I like the Chinese Flag.  Very clever.  Fits in nice with the others.  Need a clever name, Sinopia, or Notaiwan.  

Oh and the West German parody is nice too.  I like the color scheme parody of Kerbal skin color but I feel like its too brilliant standing next to the others.

So, it took me two *years* to see this, because I lost track of the thread, and got married, and don't notice things.  SUPER AWESOME - I am totally using this flag for my space program from now on.

Also, there's a lot of hilariousness in here - sorry I missed it for so long.  Really great job on these flags, it's so much fun reading through this again in the link to the album.
