In Wroclaw, my city in the southern heat amounting to 45 C

The thermometer on my balcony made a measurement of 45 C, the thermometer hanging in a shady spot next to my mom powisiła laundry, my mom thought I might lower the temperature in the apartment. I used to think that all this is a figment of global green extremists (those who like to parade with the flag of the former USSR) liberals and the Illuminati: D

subscribe Alex Jones channel on YouTube: D

Now I think that global warming is very real though I doubt whether it is a natural phenomenon or anthropomorphic, like 11 year solar cycle

(these kinds of threads will make the moderators cringe ;) )

If there was 45 °C in Wroclaw, it would be all over the news in the whole world because people would be dying like mad.

Temperature readings are taken using standard procedures. This is not one of them. Standard measurements are taken using thermometers inside Stephenson screens. Little white painted, louvered closets on at least 1 m tall white legs, above short cut grass, away from tall objects.

Why all this trouble - because you want to measure air temperature, not the temperature of the thermometer when it's exposed to heat rays from the Sun or the ground.

ps: Global warming does not mean local temperatures are higher all the time. It means the global average temperatures are above normal, which leads to abnormal weather patterns and change in climate. It's a fact, and it wasn't deduced by wrongly positioned thermometers, but by examination of all the temperature data on Earth gathered in these kind of instrument shelters for a long time.

The weather channel say's it's 27c though...

I think something is wrong with your thermometer. Although i have to admit, here in Nebraska we're getting our first real heatwave this week. The heat index is around 40c.

Nice, where I stay it does not average under 25 C the whole year. Count yourself lucky that 45 was an exception, you do not want to be around here where I am at about 48 - 54 C, 7 days a week.

Luckily though Every single room is fitted with an air-conditioner cant imagine how you would go about at around 40+ without them.

I thought to visit the Shopping mall "Magnolia" is the largest department store in Wroclaw, is a few blocks near my house, and is fully air-conditioned: D

I was thinking to buy a day ticket for Municipal Transportation and all day ride also fully air-conditioned trams brand "Skoda" that our city Wroclaw bought for EU funds:D
