That Moment When...

That moment when you use all your transit stage fuel lining up the world's most beautiful aerobraking trajectory, only to realize that a) the frame transition now puts you at 20000 m periapsis altitude instead of 80000 m, B) you're inbound for Eve and are therefore unavoidably screwed, and c) your four-year-old daughter, who is in love with Jebediah, is about to watch him perform an extreme lithobraking maneuver. Better revert, quick!

That moment when your game somehow saves while you are using a still moving rover in the Mun ... and while you are trying to rstore the mess out via save editing, you make your rover ( without the root part, mind that ) to go to Munar escape velocity through the Mun by acident. I actually choked out of laughing that hard :D

That moment after hours of hard work in the VAB getting everything sorted out and lined up and you are finally ready for launch that you press the space

bar and watch your SRBs ignite and detatch at the same time while the rest of your rocket sinks slowly down to the launch pad and explodes.

Boris

Or solar panels

I think that's known as "Vanguard Syndrome" :)

That moment when you are picking your mission flag and when you click on it you actually click a part on your ship, and then you have a mess.

Happens to me every time, they need to fix that bug.

Ahh, yes. That moment when you open the "Open Craft" window to check how many parts are on such-and-such ship, click "cancel", and apparently also click through the window on a random part of the ship that was almost impossible to get lined up the first time, ruining the whole thing.

That moment when you really want to Revert to VAB, but can't because you stupidly loaded a quicksave after launching.

That moment when you're traveling across the Mun at a reasonable rate of speed with your probe rover, you just left the ground over a crater, and your batteries die.

Another one I get often enough:

That moment when you've just launched your new spaceplane/shuttle/rocket and take off, ascend to orbit, and prepare to dock for fuel. Only to realize you've put a mission-critical part on the wrong side of your decoupler, and that decoupler is resting on your docking port.
