Update V0.26

-Added Galileo and Magellan spacecraft

-Added Galileo craft file

Galileo and Magellan are released.

Notes on Galileo:

-Please use the craft file, it is difficult to assemble.

-Decouple Galileo atmospheric probe once reaching Jool SOI and use the action groups to stage the parachutes(check the action groups in craft file)

Just one addition I hope you can make: please and my absolute favorite US (Technically NASA and ESA, but, ya know, 'Merica): Cassini-Huygens. Its a great 'ol probe, that could have some interesting uses in KSP

Try that out. The probe back includes Cassini-Huygens. It's got good fidelity and pretty much all the functionality it needs.

-Fixed FPS lag by replacing all animations with firespitter.dll, this is now a dependency

-Updated all craft files for new animations

-THIS IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PREVIOUS VERSIONS! YOU MUST COMPLETELY REMOVE OLD VERSION BEFORE INSTALLING THIS!

The animations are broken as of 0.90 until firespitter is updated. Anything with a solar panel will still work but any other animated part won't. If firespitter isn't updated in a relatively short amount of time I will see about trying to move back to the stock animation module.

The IUS Booster Second Stage is somehow overriding the new SAS system in career mode. As soon as it's on the vessel activating SAS acts like i would have a level 3 pilot, even if a level 0 scientist is piloting the ship

Presumably because it's a probe core? Unless raidernick wants it to be a particularly *dumb* probe core I'd say it's working as designed.

Every probe has a different level SAS depending on how "smart" it should be. Newer, more advanced probes have more advanced sas units, the older simpler probes have the most basic ones. It is acting as intended.

The thing I noticed that strikes me as odd... is that all of the probes seem to unlock late in the tech tree... where as some like Vanguard should be earlier in the tech tree

I don't play career at all, ever, so I just copy and pasted generic tech tree settings for all the parts. They are all identical so will unlock at pretty much the same time. I've asked several times if anyone wants to write proper tech tree settings and received no response. I have no intention of doing it myself because I am not interested in career mode.
