It seems like when ever the >BLOC dev is gone for more than a week, which is every few months, the game seems to implode from the players trying to take down the game.Also, registration is currently closed at >BLOC because of heidi. First time after world war bloc 1 started and was still ongoing and rumsod abandoned the game for ages, the goons used forum mod powers to spam .... chainsaws and take the game down. A few months later rumsod brought bloc back, Rumsod abanoned the game again for months and world war blo2 started and was still ongoing and the forum mods couldn't contain all the ....posts and add bots then heidi spammed 300,000 nations for days and the game slowed down and the game started bugging out because of it and eventually stopped working entirely (note Rumsod had lots of time to come back and he never responded to anyone who tried to message him).Many months later Rumsod brings out bloc3.0. World war bloc 3 brakes out and drags on and the game get's less active, some people got mad at Rumsod because his blunt multi-catching technique deleted a bunch of people on the same IP, Rumsod get's less active and takes down forum registration to stop multies, promises navies and leaves the game for 10 days without notice MightyBjorn creates and sends out the phishing script and Abrican uses his mod powers to give mod powers to people who mess up the forums change everything to chainsaws and invites heidi to spam the forum (apart from GA) which he does. tldr: Heidi was responsible for one of the 3 blocapocalypse and every time there's a world war and rumsod abandons the game bloc collapses. Jaffacalling Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 So its an untrusted hacker who made a copy of a game?Heidi didn't hack bloc, he used a script to create thousands of nations which rumsod put in place no defense against and wasn't there in the weeks in which new nations were being created so it started bugging the game then crashed it.Worlds at War started off as something to pander to the community that developed from bloc but didn't like rumsod because he was a bad dev in general and abandoned the game (this was around the first time he abandoned the game) and heidi took a bunch of ideas from bloc and added some of his own and eventually the game became less and less like bloc. Their are some mechanics that are still the same as bloc but war for example is completely different and war is really the most fun you can have in-game.Shady, Also the Website is a bunch of Google images Pictures, I don't recommend It..Well bloc pictures were just buttons and google pictures as-well, the fun of these games for me was always in the community and the intrigue (and in game mechanics I feel waw is better anyway). Idk if your implying that this isn't a real game or something but on the waw forum archives there's pages upon pages of player interaction, there's 69 thousand posts and there's plenty of people on the waw and bloc irc's that will tell you it's a real game.
