Rigged Kerbal 3D Model

So, I was appalled by detestable lack of KSP-related 3D models on the Internet. So I got fed up and made my own in Blender:

In the future, I plan on making KSP animations, but for right now, you can have this model to mess around with. It features refractive and reflective glass on the helmet, actual particle Hair, facial rigging, and actual models for all of the harness and control module and stuff. I also threw in a concept for a Female Kerbal. Using this model will require at least a basic knowledge of Blender, and the Cycles Render Engine. :(

I'm releasing this model to the Public Domain, using the CC0 License, Which means you don't have to worry about "Credit" or any of that crap. Go nuts.

Hey! First off I wanted to say that you are absolutely AWESOME for making this, it will save me a lot of time. I've been playing with the idea of making a rig, and have made a head, however it never looks quite right when I start to make a body.

Anyways, I realize that you put a CC 0 license on this, however if I do use it I will have to cite it back to you. I might just replace your head with my head, but the body is beautifully accurate! I'm not saying the head doesn't look good, I'm just saying that it could use a bit of tweaking.

I'd love to see what you come up with! Glad you like it! :D

Would you consider creating a female variant?

There You go. It's only the head, because nothing else needs to be edited. Just delete the head in the original scene, and copy the female one in. I learned today that it's hard to make Kerbals look feminine, without making them look stupid.

lol it so does look like that. I tried to go for a toddler like timid grin appearance. he even has lips. I think I'm working with an older version by mistake though, because I got the mouth sorted after this version and the lips were able to be colored differently, but in this version the lips are part of the head.

Now that I have a suit, I can play around with different heads.

The suit itself is about a 100MB model alone now.
